High reproducibility of process parameters.
Our casting technologies are as diverse as the the application areas of  our castings: ranging from sand, gravity and pressure die casting, vacuum and composite casting to heat treatment. This results in optimum material properties specific to the respective application, even with maximum strength requirements - and high process parameter reproducibility.

Casting methods:
1% sand casting
2% gravity die casting
97% pressure die casting (individual weight: max. 10 kg)

Machine data for aluminium pressure die casting:

  • 26 fully automatic cold-chamber die casting machines with clamping forces of 180t to 700t
  • 18 of these with Siemens S5, S7- and "Shot Control 2" control, 4x SPR-capability, 14x SPC-controlled
  • 7 casting cells with robot system and trimming press
  • Decentralised mould-evacuation facilities (Fondarex)

Machine data for zinc die casting:

  • 5 fully automatic casting cells with robot system, trimming press and special machining equipment in conjunction with surface treatment and automatic control station for 100% inspection

Machine data for gravity die casting/sand casting:

  • 7 dual-action, hydraulic horizontal machines with core pullers for gravity die casting
  • Sand casting for samples, prototypes and small-series production
