Continuous material quality.
85-90% of the aluminium cast by us is secondary material supplied to us in ingots. We melt more than 20 different zinc and aluminium alloys. Spectral analysis equipment is used to monitor the alloys, thus guaranteeing constant material properties.

Cast zinc and aluminium alloy:

  • 6.7 t sand casting
  • 8,000 t pressure die casting
  • 82 t gravity die casting

Melting processes:

  • STRIKO tower bale out furnaces for main alloys (1,5 t/h melting capacity)
  • 8 pot melting furnaces for smaller quantities

Pressure die cast alloys:

  • Al Mg9
  • Zn Al4
  • Al Si10 Mg (Fe)
  • Al Si10 Mg (Cu)
  • Zn Al4 Cu1

Gravity die cast alloys:

  • Al Si7 Mg 0,3
  • Al Cu4 Mg Ti
  • Al Si10 Mg (Cu)
  • Al Si5 Mg
  • Al Si7 Mg 0,6
  • Al Mg3 (a)
  • Al Si5 Mg
