WHAT HAPPENED UP TILL NOW ...
From manufacturing fighter aircrafts to cooking pots: as early as 1948, chief engineer Wilhelm Schulte and businessman Georg Schmidt founded our company in Nuremberg. Their first product were saucepans made from the aluminum of decommissioned World War II bombers. It was the beginning of an exciting success story.
2019
Achim Sach becomes Managing Director of all commercial divisions. An Advisory Board was founded.
2015
Christian Hausmann becomes Managing Director, founding the toolmaking Aeromold in Brasov, Romania.
2008
The factory in Flossenbürg will be expanded to include a production site in neighbouring Vohenstrauss.
2007
Foundation of the Brasov plant, Romania.
2001
The third generation takes the helm of the organisation: owner Roland Schulte becomes Managing Director.
2000
For the first time, we manufacture parts in μ range, including optical digital control casting.

Introduction of CAD-supported design.

We are one of the first foundries to use RT-CNC machinery.

We are opening a branch in Flossenbürg in Upper Palatinate.

The second generation: Werner Schulte takes over the management.
